		From San Francisco, take 101 North over the Golden Gate Bridge and drive approximately 50 miles until you reach Santa Rosa. Watch for the Sonoma/Hwy. 12 Exit and go east. The Highway passes by the Sonoma County Fairgrounds and tuns left to go past Montgomery Village Shopping Plaza. Stay on this road until you reach 4rth street (Hwy. 12). Turn right at the major intersection as this continues to be Sonoma Hwy. 12. Drive about 15-20 minutes/10-12 miles to Kenwood! The landmark to watch for is the Kenwood Winery, which will be on your left side. Turn right onto Warm Springs Road. Go three blocks to Frederica Avenue and turn right once more. The property is located halfway down the block on the left side at 9556 Frederica Avenue and is surrounded by a grey painted redwood fence with lattice. Once you have arrived at the front gate which will be distinguished by a colorful welcome flag and "KOYO RYOKAN" sign, park here and enter by the gate. Cross the footbridge, follow the path to the deck, and the teahouse is to your immediate left!
